Pre-order Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can cancel these kinds of purchases.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- Pre-order items are eligible for cancellation up to 48 hours before the expected shipment date.
- Custom-made or personalized items and final sale items are not eligible for cancellation.
3. Procedure for Cancellation
To request a cancellation for pre-order items, please reach out to our customer support team at shop@naadeii.com or call +1 804-410-8512. Provide your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase. We will process your request within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) and confirm via email.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full, payment, no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
4. Refunds and Fees
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued within 10 days to your original payment method. Cancellations made after the order has been processed for shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
Pre-order cancellations are not accepted for:
- Final sale items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way
6. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with U.S. consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) guidelines and the Textile and Wool Act. Naadeii.com reserves the right to refuse any cancellation request that does not meet these legal requirements.
7. Amendments and Updates
