Shipping Destinations
We ship to customer addresses within all 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this moment. We also don't ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please refer to our checkout process to see if we ship to your location.
Order Confirmation
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. This indicates that we have successfully received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the transaction. Upon order receipt, we promptly check with our warehouse to confirm the availability of stock for immediate shipment.

Our carriers were necessary, will endeavour to contact customers before delivery to ensure appropriate delivery timing.
Delivery Shipping Times (Handling + Transit Times)
Free Standard Shipping: 1-4 business days (Monday through Friday).
Handling Times
Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Transit Times
Orders typically take 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday once it has passed to our carrier. Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver an item to our customer.
Order Cut-off
5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Mon-Fri is the cut-off time for order processing. One business day will be added to estimated delivery time where orders are processed after 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00).
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or postal service disruptions. We will notify you if there are any delays in shipping your order.
Pre-order Items
For pre-order items, payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your order. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided on the product page, but please note that these are subject to change due to manufacturing factors. Pre-orders will be fulfilled as soon as the items become available, typically within 14 days. If there are any delays beyond the estimated timeframe, customers will be notified via email. Please be aware that pre-order items may ship separately.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Return Shipping and Exchanges
We offer easy returns and exchanges. Customers can return any new, unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Policy page or contact customer support team.
Return Shipping & Costs
For any returns, customers are responsible for covering the actual cost of return shipping. Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund for the product amount.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on all items, including defective and non-defective products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase or need a different size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. While we are happy to assist with exchanges, customers are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process the exchange promptly. We offer free shipping on the replacement item. Thank you for understanding!
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Items
If your package is lost or does not arrive, kindly contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Damaged Items
At Naadeii, we only work with reputable shipping carriers however we are aware that accidents do happen and damage to deliveries may be incurred during shipping. Nonetheless, it is your responsibility to inspect all shipments upon delivery and to refuse delivery of damaged shipments. We will either arrange a refund or send a replacement item after due process. The case is the same for lost shipments. In cases where shipments shows slight signs of damage please make this clear on the signing note. We must be notified of any damage with photographic evidence within 1 business day in order to investigate. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
