At Naadeii, we are committed to providing high-quality clothing and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below to learn more about the process and how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you the flexibility to return items within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return request. If more than 30 days have passed then no refund or exchange is available.
Return Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition as received, new, unopened, unwashed, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. It must be free of custom modifications. Items must also not be marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.” You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject returns if the items show signs of wear, alteration, or damage not caused by Naadeii.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@naadeii.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We ship using the address provided during the checkout process. Kindly ensure that the information is accurate. Any replacement for returned orders will be shipped without any further cost to you.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and therefore ask that you use an insured carrier service just in case.
Return Method
Returns are accepted by mail only. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to mail the item back to us. Please ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee of the product price will be applied to all eligible returns, except in cases where the item was received in a defective or damaged condition. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Shipping Label
Customers are responsible for their return shipping labels, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or damaged. If your return is due to a defective or damaged item, Naadeii will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Reason and Fees
Defective Items
If the product arrives incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective, Naadeii will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Defective items will be fully refunded or replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
Non-Defective Items
Non-defective items returned due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Times & Refund Timelines
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take some additional time to reflect in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@naadeii.com so that we can investigate the matter and find a resolution.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will only be granted if the returned item meets the following conditions:
- Item is in new and unused condition.
- Return request is made within the 30-day return window.
- The item is not listed under the “Non-Returnable Items” category.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeline above, kindly first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@naadeii.com.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
Certain situations may warrant exceptions to our standard refund policy, such as items that were damaged during delivery or never arrived. Exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Unfortunately, if you have entered the wrong address or moved after your order has been shipped, we will not be able to accommodate you nor offer you a refund.
Conditions for Returns
Damaged on Arrival
In the rare event that your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage along with a detailed description of the damage, and we will arrange for a return and refund or exchange.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Clearance items or items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of defects or damages upon arrival.
Change of Mind
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted within the 30-day return window. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
Faulty/Items that Break
Items that become faulty or break within the return window due to manufacturing defects are eligible for returns or exchanges. Kindly provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we'll arrange for a return and refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Never Arrived
If your order never arrives, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. We will investigate and issue a refund or replacement whichever is appropriate.
Cancellation After Ordering
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.
Exceptions to Returns Policy
Certain situations may warrant exceptions to our standard returns policy, such as sale items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Non-Returnable Items (Sale Items)
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Custom products (such as personalized items) also cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the 30-day return window subject to the eligibility criteria as above. For defective items, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, cover the cost of return shipping and reshipment. Exchanges due to a change of mind will require the customer to pay for return shipping and any product price difference.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
